Students from Western Washington University will present their findings on the merits of an Amtrak Cascades stop in Blaine, WA.
All Aboard Washington will present its Tom Martin Award to Joni Earl, retiring CEO of Sound Transit,
for her extraordinary leadership of the organization as it designed, built and brought online light rail, commuter rail and regional bus service.

Program includes
Implementation of the Higher Speed Rail Infrastructure projects in the Northwest Corridor
Operation of the current service & a look to the 2017 service expansion
Reports on state rail advocacy activities in the Northwest
Report on national passenger rail advocacy

Meeting time: Registration and social time (bar service in the lounge) begin at 11:00 AM. Lunch served at 12:15 PM. Program begins at 1:15 PM and will conclude by 5:15 PM.
Early Registration Fee: $60 per person ($45 for those age 25 and younger (postmarked by February 22). The registration fee includes luncheon buffet, afternoon beverage service and other meeting expenses. For all registrations postmarked after February 22, please add a $10 surcharge to the above fees.

Luncheon Buffet: Italian Cafe – Caesar Salad, Pasta Salad, Vegetarian Lasagna, Chicken Marsala, Assorted Pizzas, Grilled Vegetables, Breadsticks and Pistachio Cheesecake.

Travel to the meeting: Use the Cascades for same day travel from the south and the north to Amtrak’s Tukwila Station (a 5 minute walk to the Embassy Suites Hotel). Shuttle service available. See reverse for hotel reservation information.
